I couldn't find my card for number. I just wanted to pay the bill. I am a satisfied customer buy ginny's

I'm not happy I have insurance on it but no they couldn't help me, so I'm not using ginny's anymore. I text ginny's said we refund me the remaining balance or replace it then they said we can't help you so they gave me the number for me to call I paid $349.00, and I cannot get help I need help
Checking on an order and cannot reach any agent
My order #663******** still has 3 items that are suppose to arrive. FedEx tracking says this arrived in Martinsburg W.Va on 10/24.
That is where the tracking ends. If I am not going to receive this package very soon I want to be sure it is not on my account and I want to cancel those 3 items.

Because I need to speak to someone
I have been a customer with credit for months and I pay my bill every month and I tried to order something today and you wanted a down payment and I didn't think that was right so I canceled the order.. shipping is a lot a money that I don't usually spend because I usually get free shipping so to be asked for a down payment was insulting to me thank you have a nice day sincerely Brenda Johnson

I paid my bill in its entirety and Ginnys has my credit rating listed as charge off/derogatory and in collections! Its been 2 years now since I paid it!

I discovered today.That Ginny's online webb site has cheated me.l place a order for a shoe cabinet.They email on that was in shipping.Then the second order was also being shipped.Same Item was being shipped.l called customer service.That l only except one order.They said no.And once I received and shipped it back to them. I could file for a refund.They are the stupid.l didn't need but one cabinet.l will file.Now l will have my bank to see I can dispute.This company.

Years I have been a loyal customer but I stopped ordering and against my better judgment I ordered an air mattress but it's a couple things but yet again because customer service does not listen or understand the American language and yet again in confidence no brown box leave it out in the open and I'm still sleeping on the floor yet they said they were going to send me another one but that's okay I took a really good look at the quilt corduroy quilt corduroy and when I blew up the picture it's thinner than the pillows they said that should be ashamed of yourself and now that I think about it I'm putting the boots outside pick them up whenever you're ready they didn't give a *** what happened on my products so why should I care go ahead try to send me a bill that got to go through all this crap just to get a message
