Poor quality
- - The necklace and bracelets broke in four months with no replacement or refund.
- - I was charged $300 on a $100 credit limit I didn't know about.
I bought one necklace and a set of three bracelets, only for them to break within 4 months. Of course, they would not replace nor refund.
Not only that, apparently my credit limit was $100, I didn't know that and why did they send me something that was $300? That makes no sense and it killed my credit score.

Terrible grill
- - Bent parts prevent lids from closing.
- - Racks don't fit; charcoal falls between grates; no room to cook steaks.
I ordered a grill thinking it would be an amazing grill. Fooled me.
First, parts were bent causing the lids not to close at all. Second, there's no room to cook steaks without them touching the coals. Third, whoever designed it, should be ashamed of themselves, the racks don't even fit, the charcoal falls between the grates. The hinges are terrible, the lid falls all the way back, and my husband burned his hand.
Not pleased at all with this purchase. How the *** can I send it back, I can't.
I really would appreciate a refund! Don't recommend anyone purchase this item!

Ordered 20 pc glass storage containers. Autocall says they've shipped (because you can never get to a live person).
Their website says label made but awaiting item for shipment. Either way, I will go shopping tomorrow because that's a Christmas gift they have in limbo. I will replace it myself since they've obviously lost it. The second item from the same order has arrived.
They need better customer service.
This will be my last order from them. Stay away from this company.
