Ordered two items, returned both items, paid for the return shipping because the return label was NOT in the box. Now they are trying to charge me for the shipping charges of 19.43.

Have spoken to supervisor named Karen, told her I would pay the tax of $8.82 with my check numbered 6055 dated 11/30/18. Marked my account PAID IN FULL and told them to CLOSE my account. Karen told me she would credit the shipping charge since I paid for it myself. Obviously she didn't since I received a bill for the $19.43 on 12/17/18, again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called customer service in reference to this and after being transferred 3 times before finally finding someone who could help me, I spoke to Melanie. She told me that she would credit the amount that I had paid to ship the items back. I told her NO, that she would credit the full 19.43 and CLOSE my account because I NO longer wanted any association with GINNY's because of the way I had been treated with the return of these 2 items. I told her if she didn't credit the full amount that I would go to the corporate office about this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
