I moved from Florida to Ohio, I changed my address but they sent my order to Florida but the bill came to my Ohio address. I called customer service and they were very helpful and got it all straightened out plus resubmitted my order. Thank youwell worth ordering from in all the years I've been with Ginny's this is the first mishap

Customer service representative was very nice. The last time I ordered from Ginnys was in 2021. I had difficulty during the COVID era. I paid my Ginnys account in full before filing for bankruptcy. It has been two years now and I just wanted to reestablish my credit with Ginnys. There are a lot of other catalog companies I can order from and get credit through them. Stoneberry is one. So goodbye Ginnys. I’ve proven my credit worthiness.
