Refund and order correction

I discovered today.That Ginny's online webb site has cheated me.l place a order for a shoe cabinet.They email on that was in shipping.Then the second order was also being shipped.Same Item was being shipped.l called customer service.That l only except one order.They said no.And once I received and shipped it back to them. I could file for a refund.They are the stupid.l didn't need but one cabinet.l will file.Now l will have my bank to see I can dispute.This company.

Have to go through Logan's and *** just to say something

Years I have been a loyal customer but I stopped ordering and against my better judgment I ordered an air mattress but it's a couple things but yet again because customer service does not listen or understand the American language and yet again in confidence no brown box leave it out in the open and I'm still sleeping on the floor yet they said they were going to send me another one but that's okay I took a really good look at the quilt corduroy quilt corduroy and when I blew up the picture it's thinner than the pillows they said that should be ashamed of yourself and now that I think about it I'm putting the boots outside pick them up whenever you're ready they didn't give a *** what happened on my products so why should I care go ahead try to send me a bill that got to go through all this crap just to get a message

No return label. When I called about returning an item I was dissatisfied with, I was put on hold until I hung up. When I finally, days later,Order at your own risk was able to connect with someone at Ginnys, his English was so bad I had difficulty understanding him, plus he was rude.

The raechal pans I bought were not the real pans of hers they are cheap and they stink when I cook

I got cheated on them pans and they costed alot for what they are they knew I was out of home for 5 month by not my fault and they still kept jacking up the price even though I spoke to them about it and they agreed not to add onto the bill and I don't think they are ligit I think it's acscam

Only complaint I have is that I am unable to pick up the phone and call someone. I realize after placing an order that I had ordered the wrong size pool. It is too big for the space I have. Billing mistakes account mistakes

Kelly Nelson 406-438-**** I have been with Ginnys for at least 8yrs and never missed a payment and last February there were some serious issues that I took care and at that time I set up auto pay I don't know what happened but my payment didn't go so I paid for October and will catch up later on the September payment also my payment has always been the 15th of the month but I keep getting a text that my account is overdue because my payment is due by the 1st and I don't even get paid till the 3rd of the month so I want back on auto pay September payment was not my fault!! My Gmail is kn889****@***.com I would appreciate a response from Ginnys thank you
